Deep relaxation, nervous system attunement, energy balancing and clearing. Reiki can also be effective for physical and emotional ailments, as these can be affected by stuck energy. The physical, emotional and energetic realms need to work in conjunction for healing. I combine intuition, tuning forks and aromatherapy into my Reiki practice. You are fully clothed on the table and there is minimal touch.
